Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery is 5–7 business days.

Please note that total time to receive your order is the processing time plus the delivery time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Any applicable charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your shipment's progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Delays

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
